The Cats

At the moment in the Puerto Vallarta Animal Shelter we have a total of 20 cats ready for adoption — 10 males () and 10 females (). All you need is a copy of your id, a copy of a document proving your address and the adoption fee of $350 pesos.  This is a recovery fee giving the fact that you'll be receiving an animal that has been sterilized, dewormed and vaccinated. Click on the photos for more details about each cat and remember: There are way too many animals abandoned in the Puerto Vallarta area — Do not shop… ADOPT!

The animals marked with the icon are waiting to complete their adoption protocol (esterilization) but if you are interested in adopting one of them you may contact the shelter (322-293-3690) to speed up the process.

Please join the group of volunteers every Tuesday and Friday morning to help walk the dogs and pamper the cats among other things. At the centre there's always a need for donations. For more information contact Friends of Puerto Vallarta Animals.
